IIS/Cloudflare Claude Pre-flight Analysis

Before we commit and deploy these changes, run a full pre-flight analysis: (1) Scan the git diff and identify ALL file types changed (SQL, JS, CSS, IIS config, HTML). (2) For each SQL file, confirm it has USE [database] and generate the execution order. (3) For any IIS web.config changes, verify the rule is in the correct directory-level config. (4) Run the build, SEO analyzer, and HTML validator. (5) Generate a step-by-step deployment checklist with commands I can copy-paste. (6) List anything that needs Cloudflare cache purging.
